Brake Light STAYS ON!

I just got my brand new ford f150, 2022, lariat ecoboost 3.5L, and I turned it on and the BRAKE light was on. So I pushed the brake and the parking brake and it went off. I start it today and it's back on again. Truck says everything is fine on the ford pass. Why does this light keep kicking ON! Super frustrated since it's literally brand new!! HeLP..any idea would be great?

You have to press the brake pedal to start a vehicle.

So I’m not understanding the issue.

it’s late 2025 now, there are still new 2022 models sitting on lots ?
