It all depends on what you'll be using the most. I think Tonneau covers look better then toolboxes but that's JMO.

I agree w/you on the looks. Besides, I think they are more versatile than the toolbox. If you need something to carry tools in....just put em in a small box or toolbag and keep it under the cover!

just whatever you do, DONT GET A HARD COVER.

they suck, I had to take mine off anytime I wanted to put my sled in the back, and its quite a bit of work by yourself...

No, but I like to be prepared & I don't like to have all the stuff I mentioned before scattered all over my truck. I'll give up a couple of feet of space to have everything secure in a box that sits on the floor of my bed. I want a roll up cover so I can still haul something tall without leaving a fiberglass cover sticking up in the air or getting someone to help me take it off. Sorry if my preferences don't suit you to a tee. Just the way I like my truck.

I guess that's just my preference. I've had only pickup trucks since I was 15. And all I'm saying is I'm definatly not into lit visors or colorful interior lights but we all have different tastes. If I wanted a suv I would have bought one a long time ago.

I think I am going to go with the cover. I have the box in for this week and I am not sure if I like it. We had a hard top on our 2000 Ranger. I hated taking it off and putting it back on. It was more of a pain than enything. I would rather give birth to another child than have a hard top.

Cool. I'm sure you'll be happy with it. It ain't like it's permanent if you ever change your mind. It's your truck, you gotta make it yours.

I put a Truxedo low- profile soft tonneau cover on mine.....no complaints.
