Default Bouncing at 30-40mph

When I am driving 30 to 40 and hit a bump either it's big or small the front end bounces. If I slow down or speed up I can get it to stop. I'm thinking one of the front struts is going out what do y'all think? Thanks for the help.

So I changed out the struts hoping that would fix the problem. It helped out some it still will bounce some at 30-40. Any one got any other ideals on what could be causing this?

Sounds like stiffness caused by the leveling kit
