Default Not a Lot:

Going more than 0.060" over is probably ill-advised. Check the hipo equipment and see what the largest oversize for pistons is available; that will give you a clue as what the max cylinder bore will be.
As for the cam....well, sticking to a so-called three-quarter race cam is probably OK.

Default Not Much:

The overbore to 4.06 will get you only another 9 cubic inches (310.7ci) about 3%. That in combination with a mild cam, a good set of long-tube headers and a well-tuned Holley 600cfm 4BBL might get you another 50hp....really can't say. The long-tube headers will give you extra push in the 2500 rpm range.

Errr.....I just remembered: You probably don't have a carb on that engine.....In any case, the cam and headers will give you something.

Yet more: You will get a little help with a set of TotalSeal piston rings:

http://www.totalseal.com/SearchByApplication.aspx

They are a gapless configuration that have almost zero blowby.

And having the engine parts ceramic insulated will get you another 6-7%, and better fuel mileage as well:

Hey, all it takes is cubic money!!
