Default Body sag on 01 f150

Hey everyone, I've been looking at buying a 2001 f150 4x4 sport with the 4.2l v6. For some reason, the cab and the bed are not flush. The cab is about 1/2- 3/4 of an inch lower. The frame is rusty but seems stable. What else could cause this? Also, how is the truck/motor combo? I don't haul much, just a commuter/ firewood getter. Any input is appreciated, thanks!

Bad body bushings or rusted/dented spots on the body where it mounts. Run away from this truck

Run away because of the mounts, or is the truck itself bad?

The sagging body screams run away to me. it could be something as simple as a bad body bushing, but it could be much worse and I personally wouldn't want to mess with it
