Bluetooth/Sync/Phone Problems

Bluetooth/Sync/Phone Problems
I am really hoping that becoming a member to the F150 Forum will help me in this problem I cannot get figured out. I have tried almost everything possible except take the truck to the dealership (last resort!!)
The issue is this: From the time I bought the truck (2016 model) new I've had no problems and/or issues with it other than a crappy window wiper motor which would turn on by itself. When using my phone (iphone) I connect through Bluetooth and can make phone calls, listen to podcasts and music. However, lately when I make phone calls the truck audio setting will automatically put all my sound levels to even and push all my sound to the front speakers. This ONLY done when making phone calls.
When I listen to music or podcasts, the sound levels and sound are all at the previous settings which I have set. The ONLY time it gets changed is when I make phone calls. I've done a factory reset several times and it reverts to the same problem. I've done a complete reboot with SYNC and again it reverts to the same problem. I cannot figure out what or why it reverts to this.
If I place the speaker settings on the screen and manually set the sound to the middle and leave it on the screen when calling.....nothing changes.
Any advice, direction or solution would be greatly appreciated!!
