Default Bluetooth "Privacy" mode

I have a 2012 F150. Before I took it to the dealer for a repair, I was able to receive calls and it would immediately go into bluetooth mode (could talk and listen on car speaker). But the dealer did something so I needed to pare the cell phone again. Now when I place calls it uses bluetooth but when I receive calls it does not connect and displays "Privacy".

I can't find an option to change that. Does anyone know how to?

Default

It is not a setting anyplace. It is how you answer the phone. If you answer by tapping the phone then it will go into Privacy mode. If you answer by pressing the phone button in the truck it will go into speaker mode.
