I have a 2015 F150 and an Android phone. There are some apps such as Google maps and an app called Heytell that the sound won't come across my Sync. The sound on my phone won't work for them either until I turn the Bluetooth off. I've re-sync'd the phone a couple times and still having the same issue. Any suggestions?
