If all of the turn signals are out try cycling the hazard light switch a few times. Sometimes there is a bad connection inside the hazard light switch that causes that condition.

I would speculate that if there's a hyperflash on the dash and mirror then both bulbs are out or a connection common to both is open. Trying hazards may yield helpful information.

Hey guys, got it all fixed up. It was just bad bulbs. Changed them out and everything appears to be in good working order. Thanks for all the help. Good stuff ya'll
