2011 F150, blend door has been clacking at the coldest setting but would stop if I turned the temp **** a few clicks towards warm and not clack all the way to hot. Well today I replaced my battery as it was getting tired. Now the blend door clacks no matter where I have the temp **** set. Any suggestions appreciated.

UPDATE. I just disconnected the battery for a couple minutes then connected it, started the truck and it clacked for a few seconds then stopped. Everything works fine again. Guess it had to recalibrate itself, do not understand why it did not do it the first time. Anyway there it is.
