blacking out lights

what would you all suggest? getting them tinted out or doing the whole paint thing? which process is better?

Niteshades is the only way to go.

my buddy told me that i can order a film kit to put on their. has anyone ever heard of this?

I've seen them on ebay and have heard that they can peel off overtime.
