Default Bilstein 5100 adjustable question

Bilstein 5100 adjustable front shocks have 5 height settings from stock to 2.1".
I'm installing them on my 2017 4WD with 85,000miles stock to improve ride and level the truck.
As the height settings increase, does that make the ride stiffer?

Depends make model year engine drive etc. different shocks for different applications on different cars.

This is common to many of our trucks:

No change in stiffness since that is mostly the spring (unless you change that, too.).

Thanks for the response.
I've never worked on suspension other than straight up replacing shocks.
I haven't swapped the coils yet, or removed anything, so not entirely clear on how it all works. It seemed to me that raising the circlip would compress the spring but now I'm realizing raising the clip probably raises the whole spring and extends the shock making it longer, that's where the added height comes from?

EDIT:
Ooopsie. Figured it out. Strut maxes at 23" length but raising the circlip preloads the spring even more, which raises the truck since the strut is initially partially compressed (about halfway) once you install it.
I also understand the springs are not progressive so regardless where you put the circlip it doesnt affect the spring/ride stiffness.
