I just installed a set of 275/65/20 BFG KO2's on my 2013 F-150 with a RC leveling kit and just had to get them dirty this past weekend. My destination of choice was the Hydro Line Trail (Darling Rd) near Calabogie. Very quiet tire on the pavement and it rides smooth.Off the beaten path is where they really start to shine. The Hydro line is composed of gravel/sand trails, but there are some off sections which allow you to do some rock crawling. There were a couple water crossings. No issues on the gravel/sand, they don't throw up a lot of rocks but you do hear some. In the mud, like most others says is that they do get clogged but a good smokey burn gets rid of that mud quick!! On the boulders they performed very well. There as one section we encountered that I have seen some vids of jeeps going up and thought to myself..... A F-150 can do this!!! I wasn't concerned about the BFG's not being able to conquer the boulders, it was ground clearance. The RC 2.5" kit was enough to give me the clearance that I needed. The BFG's hooked up and crawled right over those boulders. The coles notes of this story is that I am very pleased with the BFG's and would recommend them to anyone. Sure there was some more nawrly stuff I could have got into but I had to drive my truck home also. Very anxious to try them out in the white stuff.... whenever that comes.

Glad you like them. Myself, I've got about 5000km on them and I'm less than impressed with them so far. On road, they're noisy... I get that, it's a truck tire. Fuel mileage went for a dive. From an average of 11 litres per 100km on the hi way to around the 15 litre mark. Once again, I get that, it's a truck tire. Traction on snow sucks wind. Add some ice and they're almost a dangerous tire. Off road, I have no idea how well they'll perform. I have an off road vehicle for that.
If I had to do it again, I would put my money some place else.

Great tires! I have a set in 275/55/20 that I have done some mild off-roading with (wash-out oil roads and such), they're great. Glad you're enjoying them!
Also, how in the world do you not have the white stuff that far North already!?
