Default Bent tow hook

So a while ago I got into an accident and bent my front bumper and pass side tow hook a little. It didn't bother me that much then so I didn't claim it on insurance (informed them though) and it wasnt a big bend.
However now I want to add a grill guard and everyone if found uses the tow hook brackets. I bent the bumper back almost 100% by putting a bottlejack between the from and a bumper bracket. I can't figure out a way of getting the tow hook bent straight. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do ?

Thanks

does the grill guard you're looking at retain the tow hook or does it just use the bracket for mounting? And is the tow hook bent or the bracket?

What year truck? Some of them unbolt and you could remove it, put it in a vice with some wood to protect the paint, then you can hit it with a BFH.

Agreed. I had to bend a cargo hook to get my extender and cable lock to work together.

Heat the area you want to bend w/ oxy/acetylene, bend it, let it cool.

Then throw a poor-man's heat-treat back into it:

Heat the whole thing red and quench in oil.
Polish clean.
Heat to straw.
Let cool
Paint.
Drink beer.

Thanks for the advice, I looked again in better light and its just the tow hook thats bent. Ill wait until I get a bar to do anything about it it doesnt bother me enough to put the effort into bending it back.
Thanks
