I painted mine with rhino liner paint it turned out awesome. I live in Colorado and when it snows and you step on the gas and throw rocks and snow around and it doesn't hurt the fender flares at all. I have seen fender flares on other trucks that have been painted the same color of the truck and you can see the scratches on them and it looks like sh*t after a while. But some peeps like it shiny or not so shiny. I wanted something different cool and strong that's why I picked the rhino paint. I think I am the only one in colorado with a f150 that has the rhino lined fender flares. Look at my profile and see more pic's

I have done the spray on liner on fenders of my jeep. it faded in one summer and started chipping that winter. I went to Linex and they spryed them for about 100bucks. worked like a charm. Sold the jeep, but the new owner still has them and they look like the day they were sprayed

I think it would look good on your truck i had someone paint them. i payed around 600.00 dollars 4 the fender flares and getting them painted. i think that they can color match your truck, but if u cant get them color matched i wouldnt do it
