Bed Rail Covers
I purchased my first F-150, in fact, my first Ford, in October 2011:
2011 XLT EcoBoost™SuperCrew with a 5.5 foot Box.
I was a bit concerned about my bed –so I had them install a Bed Liner at POS. Problem is –now –two almost three months later I am in need of some Bed Rail anchors; however, the Bed Rails are covered by the Bed Liner. I am trying to figure out how to get them off or simply alter them so I can install some Bull Ring Anchor Points. Thank you in advance for any insight the F150Forum can impart to me.

Welcome to the site!
this topic has been covered several times, if you search around you should be able to see what other members have done.
Anyways, the stake hole pockets are in the bed, but for whatever reason Ford decided to not provide stake holes in the plastic bed rail covers, so you have to cut the plastic bed rail covers yourself to gain access to the stake hole pockets.
I believe the plastic bed rail covers are just some tabs that you squeeze together and pop the cover off, which you can access from under the bed rails inside the bed.

Couple of pictures of what bed rail fasteners and their mount holes look like.
As previous poster mentioned about half the fasteners can be accessed along the bottom of the inside of the bed rail. The remainder can be released with a screwdriver...be careful they break easily. Probably best to perform this work when the plastic is warm.
