Just out of curiosity, what were the bed size options for the '04-'08 MY supercabs? I am looking to buy a bedcover from another member here, but I can't seem to find my tape measurer to determine my bed length.

 

from what I understand there are 3 sizes, 5.5, 6.5, and 8 ft., and judging by that pic, it looks like you have the 5.5 ft. bed

 

Yeah... That is what I was thinking. I just always assumed it was 6.5' until I was talking to you about the bed cover. I was washing the truck yesterday and thought to myself "Hmmm... This looks kinda short for 6.5'."

 

Yeah that looks like a 5.5 ft bed. I measured my bed, though it is a 09, and it is 6.5ft. My bed definitely looks longer than that.

Can you get a 4 door with a 8' bed and 4x4?

 

Measure it for sure. Most ext. cabs are 6.5' beds, but not all of them. Hard to tell from the pic. Get a tape measure out for sure.

 

I don't know if that is an option on the '09's, but with our generation F150, you could definitely get the crewcab with an 8' bed.

 

I love mine with the ext cab and 8' bed, I just cant justify the 5.5' bed on the newer models
