The one I found is made by Advanced Cover. I found a smokin' deal on craigslist, for $75. I believe they are around $800 new. It folds up to sit by the cab, or you can fold the first section away from the cab, to get at things in the front of the box. They also make a toolbox, that sits flush under the front panel, if you want to go that route.
It has locks at both ends, but i feel that if some dick wants to steal your stuff, they are going to get it open anyways.
I'm looking at this cover also, the X5 Supra. I read on another website that this cover also removes quickly (in about a minute) if you need to take it off for full bed access. Have you tried this at all?

I've never taken it off since I put it on, but it would come off in about 30 seconds. There are two bolts holding the cover to the rails, so it's super simple.
