Default Beacon light wire

I have this light with this wire/cord on it, should I be concerned about closing the door on it? Is there a way I can make this longer if I needed too, I might stick in out the rear window but I think the cord is to short...

Don't worry about the wire in the door. The rubber seal will flex and adjust to the wire. As for the 25 ft; once you snake it from the dash along the foot well under the carpet to the back of the truck and back up to the rear window you will have used over half of the 25 ft. The remaining 12 feet can be coiled till you need to run something outside the truck. Like a trouble light to see under the truck to figure out why the spare tire will not come down.

Oh lol well that I guess explains it. I hope I can just run this down the middle of the truck and out the window now, I think it might be a stretch but I should be able to go to Walmart or something soon

Hmmm....I don't have a spare, I should get one lol
