Default Battery Problems

My 2005 F150 has recently been eating batteries, especially when the truck sits for a couple of days.
When I place a test light between the negative cable and the negative post on the battery it glows. I also hear a rythmic clicking sound coming from behind the rear seat. Does anyone have a clue as to why the battery is dying and what the clicking sound may be?

behind the rear seat?
What body style do you have? crew, single, extended cab...
I'd hunt down that sound. maybe an electric seat keeps running, factory subwoofer?
