Default Bad compression need help

I have a 1995 ford F 150 with a 4.9 6 cyl, I run a compression test on it, cyl 1 tested 15 cyl 2 tested 140 cyl 3 tested 15 cyl 4 tested 140 cyl 5 tested 140 cyl 6 tested 140 . I am not sure but i believe i put bad gas in the truck and those 2 cylinders are stuck open. does anyone know a way to un stick them without taking the head off? any ideas will help thank you

Did you put a little bit of oil in those two cylinders and redo the compression test?
