There is no 97-2000 crew cab, recent crew cabs started in 2001, 01-03 are different from 04-08, and those are different from 09 and up.

I have to disagree with you a bit. Earlier Ford trucks did have a 1966 Crew Cab. They weren't F150 but F100. Here is a 1966 F100 Crew Cab. They were mostly called utility trucks because most of them if not all back then were used by construction and utility companies.
Also, here is a 1997 F150 Crew Cab. 1997 F250 Crew Cab.
