Here is mine on a 2004 screw, looks good to me and fairly stock. I believe this area is similar on the 09+ trucks.

I found this and love it! Once I figure out how many lights Im going to add, Ill for sure be ding this mod.

That hole holds my phone perfectly.

I'm still trying to confirm wire color and location for dome light so I can tie in bed LEDs. Anyone know?
