automatic sliding rear windows

automatic sliding rear windows
my rear windows sliding automatic S haddered well driving? any one have this happen did ford do any thing for these problems 14 bolts holding window in supposively when company tool out window only half where missing? i didn,t take picture but my dealership any problem can always take to nearest dealership what they suggested that dealer ship that to be done Auto glasss place! highly recommended! any one have this problem and what did ford do i had to pay 500 DEDUCTIBLE
and told dealer ship i wanted them to pay poor workmanship the window oNly had half of bolts holding it in do i have a case??
