Hand-wash only for me. If the truck is really dirty and it's the middle of winter, I'll hit up the wand wash and just rinse it off really well.

The chemicals are harsh at any commercial grade car wash, any wax or sealant you put on is obliterated pretty quick.

My local automatic car washes have a maximum vehicle length of 19'. A SuperCrew 6.5' bed truck is too long.
