I bought my Bedrug from them, no problems. They do have good customer service

 

First things happens when ordering parts and i know this work at Toyota in parts. SO i understand. Parts missing not the problem. REMEBER THIS WHEN READING!!
So i ordered side steps. All i got was steps. no hardware. Thought the steps was wrong at first but after talking with them they siad i was missing the hardware. OK stuff happens not there fualt. They are the middle man and thats it. Ok not mad at them. THIS was not on them. Now this is where I am getting a little pissed. SO I called talked to a guy there and he said that he has to email them and it will take up to two days to find out what is wrong. Still Ok no problem. Did want to be THAT crazy customer so I waited until the end of day 3 to call. He was not there and talk to a girl She said lets see what is going on. So she tells me. Let me call them ( the step company) No I am like wth? She called and got them shipped. She dosent know why he didnt do that. Never was made at him so i guess he was just lazy. Whatever. Next day he emails saying that he will not know anything for 2 more day. NOW I am mad. So i called back talk to her. she said no idea what he is talking about the are being ship. OK COOL>
Next day she calls me saying that are being shipped from Mexico because they are backordered and coming from the factory. I was not made. Just happy that she called me. This M#*#$F#$#ing guy called me back a coulpe hours later sayin that there no longer made. yA I was pissed to say the least. SO the parts are on the way a two week wait but just pissed that the lack of them not knowing what the left hand and right hand is doing.

 

beetlevegas sorry to hear about your bad experience. I've had many transactions with AutoAnything and no problems. Hope they get the parts you need to get your steps on. Who is the manufacture?

Every so often someone always falls thru the cracks, been there done it myself, this must have been your turn.

Relax you'll get your part, getting wound up about it is only going to age you prematurely, stress does no one any good.

 

Prices are a bit high so I don't usually buy much from them other than a few little things (that shipped slower than death). It's a good resource for researching stuff though - they have a lot on there to look at. I wanted to return something I had gotten since it was slightly damaged, but their return process is disturbingly bad. I was on hold for like 30 mins before I gave up (no online returns... you need to sit there waiting for someone to give you some silly code or something). I ended up keeping it and all is well.

 

I will never use them again. I ordered a BBK throttle body from them, the ship date was 2 weeks from the date of purchase, then I get another email from them with another ship date(later than before).over 2 months past so I canceled the order and got one on ebay cheaper and in 2 days. they shipped the order after being canceled, so I got it after the ebay part came. I have looked at other parts from them and their shipping sucks..
