Auto 4WD
I just bought a 2021 F-150 XLT. I bought it used and have no manual. It does not have the button for Auto 4WD, but some things I found online said that if you turn it to a certain driver mode it may use Auto 4WD in that mode. Will the XLT actually do that? Or do you need a Lariat or higher package? Thanks.

Only $1300 if you buy all new parts, $500-700 if you don't. Swap out the module by the BCM, pop in the new switch, change one line in FORScan, none of that is hard.
Swapping out the case is more physical, helps to have an additional set of hands when it's time to rotate the assembly, but it's not impossible to do alone.
Considering the fact that you are converting the truck from manual locking 4x4 to automatic and clutch limited slip, I'd say it's an easy job.
