Been searching and haven't found anything like it.
Is there anything like an extension cable to make the unplugging/ plugging of the camera cable to the tailgate easier? So that cable is more in reach and you don't need to crawl under the truck anytime you need to unplug it?
Before you could even look for a cable, you'd have to know where you're going to put the connector, so you could then shop for a cable that long. WHERE are you gonna put the connector? It can't be where it will be pinched by opening the t/g, or where it will get snagged as you drive past trees & brush.
I doubt you'll find a premade cable. Either browse your local JYs, or shop for a new pair of pigtails. Then DIY, the way shown on this & the NEXT few pages:
