Default anyone in Vancouver with 4' lift and 35' tires

I need help figuring out the clearance in my building. I want to go as big as possible but based on my calculations I can only do 35s on a 4inch kit.

Before I spend everything I have I want to see a truck so I can see how tall the beast is going to be.

Any help is appreciated guys.

well ... I'm not in vancouver, i dont have a 4" lift, and I dont have 35" tires ... but i DO have a ~2" lift and 34" tires ... and I'm at a shade under 6'8" tall (as per a parking garage clearance sign that said 6'8" that i BARELY cleared.

Add 2.5" to that and you should know right about where you will be - which is about 6'10-1/2" tall to the top of your cab roof. FYI: mine's a 2014 FX4 ...

That means I am screwed because the sprinklers in P3 are way way below 6'8. This is exactly why I want to see something in person.

Did you have to trim your fender to get 34s with 2" lift?

can I trim the fender drastically to fit 35 or more with a 2" lift?

no trimming at all ... in fact I have ample clearance to run 35's with my setup. Granted, I have 275 width tires (stock width, just taller) ... so going with slightly wider tires, or up to about 305's may cause you to need slight trimming and/or give you slight rubbing on the upper control arm when fully turned in either direction ... but everyone here running 33's and 35's at 12.50" widths say it's kinda hit or miss if your stuff needs slight trimming or gives you slight rubbing.

As for your lift ... just about any lift or bigger tires (over 33" since stock are like 32.2") will likely give you issues in your parking garage since our trucks are pretty tall already.
