Head out behind the White Tank Moutinains.. I-10W to 101, take the exit for glendale ave and follow it until it ends. you'll go across a small bridge, follow the dirt road for like 1/2 mile, there will be a boat in the middle of the desert, make a left and there is all kinds of wheeling there.

wow....lets make it difficult....this is AZ there are places everywhere. You can go to Sedona, Grand Canyon, up past Lake Pleasant has some great wheeling, Crown King is great.....the list goes on. You don't go wheeling in peoples back yards justin...what are you thinking?
