I recently replaced my sunroof track assembly as they got damaged from a dangling height warning sign in a parking garage. Sunroof was closed at the time. The whole process went smooth and I followed the instructions exactly. Sunroof works perfect now, except for the fact that I noticed some rattling when then sunroof is open.

I pulled over today on my way home from class and jiggled the sunroof while it was open and it's hitting the top of my cab. Wind is getting in there while driving and making it hit, as well as bumps. I adjusted the sunroof to pretty much flush with the roof as it should be when I reinstalled the glass. What could be causing this?

Truck is a 2013 F150, but I'm posting in the general section because I believe this is the same setup for older (and newer?) generations.
