Jesus, be careful taking advice from parts store guys. In my experience, i've only known a few worth their beans at advice. The others couldn't figure out the negative from the positive if they had big flashing neon lights and someone pointing it out. Your best bet is to get the code and poke around on the internet. Might even post it here and see if anyone could point you in the right direction.
