Default Another wheel/tire question

Howdy folks!

Just bought a 2020 2.7 ecoboost 4x4. Magnetic Grey.

I’ve decided on 20x10 with a -18mm offset. 33 in tires.

current question is on tire width. 10.8 is about 500 bucks cheaper, but I’m worried about it looking too thin with the offset vs 12.5 in. Going with the Nitto Ridge Grappler

advise? Pictures?

Advice, not advise.
I would advise you of.....
I am asking for advice.....

You need to look at your tire manufacturer web site to see what wheel width they say is approved for a tire you want. Purchasing a 10" wide tire with a 10.8" tire may not work. I think you will have a poor contact patch if you fit a 10.8" tire on a 10" wheel. Could be a bit of cupping.

It depends on which one of the 6 sizes they make in the ridge grappler that is either a 33" or the metric equivalent of a 33". Look on their website and it gives the wheel width ranges. Looks like there are a few that would be stretching the tire on a 10" wide and other sizes, a 10" wide is fine.

Also if you want pics, go on customwheeloffset.com and search. You can enter all your parameters and see exactly how it will look on your truck, with that size wheel and tire.
