Aluminum body defects
Bought a new 2016 F 150. The passenger door has a warble defect where the door meets the back door a few inches under the handle.
Everyone that has looked at it (Ford Dealer employess, body shop manager, service manager, paintless dent removal, sales manager, used sales manager and others) have looked at the problem and all have acknowledged there is a problem. The problem was put to Ford as a 'warranty issue'. They said they would do nothing about the crease. They same group of people have said a repair of the problem would result in non-matching paint and less durablility and they would rather not attempt. Ford is giving me the finger.
Nice job Ford. BEWARE TO ALL, Ford has problems with defects in the aluminum bodies and won't do a thing about it.
