how fast do I have to drive to get the airbags to deploy in my 2005 F150?

my understanding is that it's not the speed that matters but the g-forces. Instead of asking the computer how fast the truck is going there's a few g-force sensors that deploy depending on if you hit another car/truck head on or just rear-end someone, etc.
