Default Air Bag Light

2013 5.0 STX with 80K air bag light stays on. Code B1211-13, "Driver seatbelt retractor pretensioner deployment control; circuit open" .

Seatbelt works exactly as it should. checked all plugs and wiring under seats. What next?

It says "circuit open". That means the electrical sensor in the pretensioner is not sending the signal to the PCM that the tensioner is extended.

You did the classic "I checked" but didn't say how or what, exactly, you checked. A meter might help.

It's a very unusual problem so all people can offer is basic electrical circuit theory. You probably could use a wiring diagram.
