Default AGM Battery replacement

2019 F150 XLT; AGM battery died three days ago and of course being an AGM there is no warning, just dead. Dealership had no openings (Friday), so I bought an AGM battery from Orielley's and had a local mechanic use his computer to verify the truck computer recognized the new battery and the alternator was pushing 14vdc.

Dead battery again yesterday, both the first time on Friday and this time the headlights were flashing (I assume some type of warning), and the starter didn't crank at all. I have a dealership appointment but was wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone.

lots of things can kill a batt, id buy a proper charger ... recent culprits were a broken brake pedal switch which let the tail lights run even when off, me accidentlly hitting the alarm button shoving keys in my pocket whilst indoors and it running the battery out (took me 3 times to figure out what i was doing lol) .. and lastly, having accessories plugged in a lighter socket that constantly draw, sometimes mine is parked for a week and that can deaden a batt .. simple stuff but sometimes can bite ya ..

It would be the best outcome if you just got a bad battery off the shelf....it's happened to me before.
However, do you get any messages on your display because with the headlights flashing it sounds more like it may be a problem with the key and antitheft system.
