I lifted my 2018 F150, Lariat Supercrew, 3". Along with that came the haters...well people that don't like being blinded by out of adjustment headlights. I checked under hood and found the adjuster, which mine requires an Allen wrench. I went to adjust them, and got them aimed pretty good. Switch to brights, and the left side highbeam is pointing up into the trees. I did some searching but was unable to find anything about adjusting the high beam. So if anyone knows how I can accomplish the high beam adjustment, I'd really appreciate any help.

 

IIRC, the adjustment is for the entire headlight. Do you have the stock halogens, Halogen housings with garbage aftermarket bulbs, or the LED housings?

 

Sounds like your left high beam bulb isn't seated correctly in the reflector opening.

 

Go sit in a car or even a chair in front of your truck and then call me a hater. I put up with all the lift, level and headlight mods on a daily basis and it really is not fun being blinded 10-20 times a day before most of you get out of bed and have your coffee.
Sorry this is a sore spot in the eyes of this truck driver.
