Default Adding horns to new F150?

Hello. New member with new F150 XLT. I wonder if I can easily add Hella Supertones to existing horns to get a little more sound. Would I need relay or just wire the horns in? I know this is not like adding train horn and compressor/tank but I don't need that now. Am I barking up the wrong tree here or not? Any and all advice appreciated.

OK. Anybody have any suggestions on louder horns without going to compressor and tank? Thanks.

I'm not sure how loud you want to get but I am looking for something louder than the stock horn in my daughter's Civic and there are a lot of different set-ups on e-bay. Check it out.
