Default Adapter For Factory Sub?

Bought a truck off a guy who put a pioneer 4500nex stero in and didnt get the adapter for the sub it's the medium sized plug and has 2 rca jacks coming out to hook it to the stereo. I'll link a pic. Crutchfield wants 70 bucks for the whole kit I just need the lil rca jack adapter anyone know where I can get it?
Truck is a 05 F150! Thanks!

What you have circled is the AUX adapter. On the top, far right, that black RCA is the factory SUB RCA. It just needs to plug into one of the SUB RCA jacks on the HU. The small gray plug your red circle is over is the factory sub adapter plug.

Amazon has the Crux SWRFD-60L for $50

You can go to Crux's website and print off the instruction manual to make sure the previous owner hooked everything up correctly.
