So the ac compressor in my 04 5.4 will come on sometimes. Usually when I start driving it turns on but sitting at idle. The button is illuminated but I can see the compressor clutch not engaging. Any ideas? Video to show what I mean

No one is going to be able to help you over the net. You need to take it to someone with the training and skills it takes to figure out.

Low on Freon, bad pressure switch, the clutch is bad or clutch air gap too wide, very hard to say, could be anything, and not one of my WAG's.
