Default Aaand back in the shop

Well.. after replacing both hub actuators and 1 bearing that was shot, took it for a test drive before I paid. I got less than a 1/4 of a mile a away and started hearing grinding again. I brought it back in and after troubleshooting for a bit it ended up being a bad vac check valve. Replaced that and perfect.. until this afternoon. On my way home from work I heard a loud bang and grinding. Put it inow 4x4 and it went away. 2wd occasionally grinding... it's going back in tomorrow. Any thoughts? I think the bearing took a crap on me.

I'm guessing they broke the actuator when they installed it. Name: crazy.gif
