Default 99 leaking through back window

I have never had a problem with any leaking, until I put a camper top on my truck, now I am getting some water in the cab from the rear passenger side. I have a sliding rear window, on a super cab. I am wondering if anyone has dealt with this problem, and can help me.
Thank you.
Rick

Mine leaked on the drivers side, I bought some high flow silicone and started from the brake light and down along the top from outside of the truck. Or you can re - re the rear window cost around 100 or silicone 7.00. The silicone has worked good for me so far, we get quite a bit of rain here in BC. You can buy the high flow silicone from any auto parts store make sure you ask for High flow Silicone. If and When you do this make sure it will be dry out for a least 24 hours for curing.

Good Luck!

thank you for the reply Domenic, and I will try that, but I am still wondering why it did not leak prior to installing the camper shell?

Rain probably ran differently or they bumped the window just right and cracked the crappy glue they have in there. I also did the silicon trick.
