I've replaced all COP boots and plugs except #7. The bolt holding the COP just spins like the fitting inside the intake is spinning inside the manifold. I tried to get the fuel rail off and it didn't want to come off easy and am affraid to damage the injectors and open another can of worms, it already runs rough due to the #7 mis-firing.. Any suggestions?

If you're worried about the injectors, just get the O rings for them to have on hand and pop them out. Then you can drill/cut the bolt out and put a new COP in there.
