Default 5.4 3V engine swap to Stroker!!!

Thats right you read it correctly! The who thing started when I said I have always wanted to do a diesel engine swap to an f150 2004-2008 body style! Ive seen a few 4bt conversions and that about all! on the forum dereku mentioned that ford built a 4.5L Powerstroke that cam in heavyduty trucks called the LCF (Lower Cab Forward). I was instantly attracted to the idea and ask him a few question! I am a Ford tech little diesel but mostly gas and i have never seen one of these trucks before! I hit the web and searched for an LCF because it turns out I have a F150 blown motor and lift! Guy had me install procomp lift tires rims and bunch of other stuff as well as the new engine! After buying all the lift and tires and bumpers he couldn't afford the engine so I have had the truck at my house all done except no motor or trans in the truck! Well he just got picked up by the poky and will be in jail for a few years! All said and done he still owes me like $1500 or so so I put a mechanics lean on it and 60 days later it became mine for the money he owed me! So I have this truck that will be a fun toy just needs motor so thats where the LCF came in place! I searched for one for sale found one near Chicago little over 3 hours from me wrecked! With in about 2 hours I managed to buy the truck! Actually just picked it up and brought it home today! bought the whole thing for $2300 and had to pay tax and sellers fee as well as storage fee! came to like $3200 all said and done! had 43k miles on engine and heard it run over the phone when i bought it! These are photos I was sent by the guy at the salvage yard! Yes I know their is snow but he has had it for close to a year just got the paperwork released to be able to sell the trucks parts or as a whole

Just so we're clear, did you take these pictures of the actual engine you're using?

Because most of them seem to also be in this 4 year old thread on PSN:

Also, the truck was at a salvage yard in New York at some point:

Ya the pictures are off powerstroke nation I used them as an example don't have pictures of my engine taken yet! The truck is however with a New York title! No clue that it was on a site from there guy and Chicago had it for sale at his salvage yard and deals a lot of trucks but that's the same truck you posted! Those are the pictures he sent me! He said he had had it on is yard only about a month and a half! That's kinda cool you found it in New York was wondering where it really came from
