Default 4x4 Max Speed ???

Been searching trying to get info on what is the standard speed or safe speed when in 4H on my 2011 Ford F-150 FX4.

They say not to drive on dry pavement in 4x4 and when I do hit dry pavement I stay or try to stay under 80 Km/hr.

Most times I'm in 4x4 in winter only. I take it out of 4x4 when the roads not as snow covered.

Is this safe ? Any damage over time or could this destroy my truck ?

Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

There is no top speed for 4x4 high range. The owners manual has all the info.
