Hi i got a 2001 f150 5.4 4wd. My stick to engage the 4wd is on the floor. Now every time i go to put it in 4wd the top grip/ball/thingy/handle pops off. i can still get it in 4wd but any other gear lower than that the top pops off. Is there any solution?

 

Epoxy, try something like JB weld. Put it into the recess on the **** and jam it back onto the stick. Wipe away the excess and let it cure.
