Hey Curveball, I guess that we are both newbies to this forum. I just got helped earlier today so he is my chance to help. This link shows standard 4 pin breakout. http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx There is no running light connection, so the headlights have to be on. The turn signal wires are also the brake lights. I hope this helps. I also listed standard 4 pin color code below. Good luck
Right Turn-Green-Right turn of vehicle's wiring harness-Trailer's right turn signal
Left Turn-Yellow-Left turn of vehicle's wiring harness-Trailer's left turn signal

Did you get the running light to work I got the signal and brake to work so what have I got to do to get the running lights to work I try it at night time so my lights were on but no running lights working on the light bar
Check to see if you have voltage on the brown wire at the 4 pin truck connector with the lights on. If you do, the problem is with the light bar. If no voltage, the problem is in the truck wiring. At least this way you can isolate the problem to the truck or to the light bar.

Hi got power on two pins the third one is the brown one doesn't have power the bar is working find I check it with straight hook up with the batteriey there no power in that brown pin the other two pins are reading14 volts I guess I got a wiring issue with the 4 pin conecter did your light bar work and what was the issue thanks josh
ok to test the led bar when and got two piece of wire when straight to the battery.took one wire to the white and one to the brown test it to the battery the light stay on. ok the led bar is working when back to the 4 pin and test the pins two of the pin read 14 volts the pin what the brown connect to had no reading so i thinking that the wire is broken somewhere i guess i got to trace it.i got all the function working that come with the lightbar but the running light are not coming on i stronge beleive i got a wire busted somewhere thanks josh
