Default 4" lift problems, need help

New to the site and was wondering if anyone could help. Installed the 4" Rancho suspension lift on my 08 fx4. Looks great with the 35x12.50 tires but get a knocking noise from the front whenever I turn the wheels hard or when braking. Called Rancho and they have never heard of this problem. Can anyone HELP?

I appreciate the help. will have to look into it tomorrow morning. Let you know what I find out. Last time I took it in for services they said that the new steering knuckle was making contact with the lower control arms. Dont see how that could make the loud popping noise that im hearing, but its worth taking a look while im under there
