$38,700 otd?
Sleeping on it from last nights visit to the dealer. $38,700 OTD for a 2018 2.7 Screw XLT with 302a.
What say you guys? Take it or keep looking?

I was at $39,889 not including taxes and fees with my 2015 3.5EB XLT S-Crew with 302A. Other options included LED bed lights, running boards, center console, chrome package, locking rear diff, tow-package, tailgate step, and a 6 1/2 foot bed. I traded in a 2006 Tundra Crew Cab 4x4 with 147,000 miles and got $10,500 on my trade. I thought I did O.K. Maybe others will disagree. Hope that helps.

You need to know the rebates that are being applied.
People try to get invoice minus rebates. If you're a good negotiator, fully prepared, and want to spend the time, you may get a portion of holdback (3% of MSRP) also.
If you're clueless, as many people are, simply get Ford's X-Plan, available through many organizations including the Experimental Aircraft Association, which is a hair above invoice on an F-150.
Then, ask the dealer for the Smart Vincent report on your truck, which will include invoice, X-Plan, as well as whether you have any Ford private cash.
This is posted many times on the forum.

I got my 2015 F150 XLT 302A Sport Package with Navi for 34k-ish otd in Houston, TX. I think you can definitely nego it down or keep looking but could also depend on where you live.
Edit: Forget to add, did not include a trade-in.
